Acceptable stay close to the airport

The front desk staff, particularly Tatyana, was very helpful. They assisted me with directions. The hotel is also near Viaport shopping. This.
I found the parking lot to be quite narrow. This made parking difficult. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. I felt frustrated because of this issue.

The breakfast had many choices. That was acceptable.
i was really hoping to use the pool, though it was closed when i arrived at 9pm because of poor signage. the gym didn't open until 10am, then my 11am flight would leave. i feel like the fine pool and spa facilities that were shown online weren't real.

The front desk team was excellent and reacted quickly to requests. They ensured a comfortable stay. if i visit again, i would choose this hotel. my large backpack was safely looked after. This was helpful as i spent the day out. i appreciated that.
The windows were thin. I could hear cars all night. this made it hard to sleep. there was also a strong paint smell. I think that it caused allergies.

i found the staff very friendly. breakfast offered a delicious variety and i enjoyed the omelettes. the cherry juice was divine. the team like alihan, bahar, vehbi, and manager mr erdal were friendly and kind.
i noticed upon entering the hotel, the bar is right in front of you. the lobby is a space where people sit and consume alcohol, this feels odd when you enter.

The air conditioning system was inactive . I understood the hotel activates it later in the year.
